Editorial Theme
Social media Assets

As part of The Nature Conservancy’s Editorial and Content team, I created social media assets for multi-platform distribution in alignment with quarterly editorial themes. Static graphics were developed for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X. Many graphics engaged our audience in-platform, while others invited viewers to visit TNC’s “Biodiversity 101” webpage.

Weekly Instagram stories are a key component of our editorial theme content. Each theme features four stories consisting of 3-5 frames.

In this example, I revised copy from The Nature Conservancy’s "Biodiversity 101" webpage and incorporated visual elements from TNC’s updated FY25 brand expression. This included the use of new color palettes, typography, shapes, and images, while leaving ample space for Instagram stickers and polls.

I developed multiple graphics to support the Global Insight newsletter, which will focus on COPs for the October, November, and December 2024 issues. This particular graphic (above) offers an overview of the COP timelines, while the newsletter itself delves into the focus areas of each conference.

I also created a “Biodiversity 101” carousel (right), which was designed to engage our audience in-platform – all while staying true to TNC’s brand expression.

I designed basic graphics to be included in the Biodiversity 101 Editorial Theme Toolkit, which was shared with hundreds of regional and international marketing staff members. These graphics were produced in both English and Spanish.

In addition to static graphics and photos, marketing teams were provided social media copy in English and Spanish that could be tailored to their regions or nations.
